Nebraska Bankers Association & United Way Partner to Raise Funds for Nebraska Flood Victims

The spirit of selflessness is alive and well in Nebraska, and that has been clear over the past week. If you're looking for a way to donate monetarily, the Nebraska Bankers Association has partnered with the Norfolk Area United Way to create their "Bank On Nebraska Strong" campaign. Midwest Bank locations as well as the United Way's online portal will serve as donation points for the Flood Relief Funds. If you're looking for a place to donate where you're certain that 100% of the funds will remain local, you can donate online: https://www.norfolkareaunitedway.com or visit any Midwest Bank location to make your donation in person.

How to Donate:

1. Nebraska United Ways. Donors can now select the Bank On Nebraska Strong fund through the United Ways platform. Visit the Norfolk United Way page to donate. Banks may also work with local United Way representatives to set up additional contribution channels for the fund.

2. Nebraska Community Foundation. To donate to the NBA’s Bank On Nebraska Strong fund via check, make payable to: Nebraska Community Foundation P.O. Box 83107 Lincoln, NE 68501 Memos on donation checks should read: Bank on Nebraska Strong Fund.

3. Text the word NEFLOODRELIEF to 41444 to donate to the NBA’s Bank On Nebraska Strong fund.
