Blake Rotherham Named Pilger Market President
Doug Johnson, President and CEO of Midwest Bank, has announced the promotion of Blake Rotherham to Market President of their Pilger location. "Blake has been a great asset to our location in Pilger and is very deserving of being recognized for his contribution by this promotion," stated Johnson. Gene Willers, who has served in that capacity for the past 15 years, will continue to serve as a Senior Credit Advisor on a more limited basis while primarily focusing on the redevelopment of the Pilger community.
Blake began his career at Midwest Bank over 8 years ago and was promoted to Vice President in 2014. A native of Madison, NE, Blake is no stranger to Northeast Nebraska and the importance of agriculture to the economy of the region. As Market President, Blake will provide leadership to the community of Pilger and will continue to provide considerable experience in serving the farmers and businessmen of the area. "At Midwest Bank, each and every day presents new challenges and experiences. I'm excited for what the future holds for our Bank in Pilger and I look forward to continuing my career with Midwest Bank."
Blake and his wife, Monica, currently reside in Norfolk along with their son, Clayton, age 6, and their daughter, Addison, age 2.
