Lobby Closures Announced Due to COVID-19

Midwest Bank is open for business; however, to keep our clients, our employees, and our communities safe amidst the growing concerns surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19), our branch lobbies are temporarily closing and banking services will be available at our locations by drive thru only.  Banking should be the least of your worries and this plan will allow our team to continue to assist you. 

The decision to close our lobbies comes after the CDC’s strong encouragement to do our part to maintain social distancing. Drive thru only service will continue until further notice. This decision will be evaluated continually based on public health conditions.

Through these uncertain times, Midwest Bank remains a safe, sound place to do business.  

Loans & Deposit Accounts

Requests for loans, new accounts, safe deposit box access or other transactions typically handled in our branches may be scheduled by appointment by contacting your nearest branch.  Our mortgage application is available online for your convenience.

Online & Mobile Banking

You always have 24/7 account access with our digital banking services — If you haven’t signed up yet, please do so today.  Using these platforms you are able to view account balances and transactions, transfer funds between accounts, pay bills, and deposit checks using our app.

ATM
Our Midwest Bank ATMs, located at most branches, allow you fast access to cash 24/7.  We're also part of the MoneyPass® ATM Network, which allows you to access a large network of ATMs, surcharge free. 

Telephone
Our staff will remain available during regular hours via phone and we encourage you to contact your local branch with any questions.  Our automated Telebanc service is also available to retrieve balances and other account information by calling 800.963.5463.
