Promotions Announced at Pierce Location

PIERCE, NE - Midwest Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of Sue Bachman, Deb Zautke, Kathy Warneke & Bill Brookhouser.
Sue Bachman has been named Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Over her nearly 23-year career with Midwest Bank, Sue has gained experience in various areas of the bank, including customer service, new accounts, and management. For the past 7 years, Sue has been Vice President of Human Resources and has become involved with bank management and serves as recording secretary for the Board of Directors.
Deb Zautke has been named Vice President. In her new role, Deb will manage the customer service and new accounts representatives across all Midwest Bank locations. Deb’s career at Midwest Bank began 29 years ago in operations. Over her career, Deb has worked in bookkeeping, customer service, new accounts and employee training.
Kathy Warneke has also been named Vice President. Kathy has assumed the manager role in our data processing center. Over the past 15 years with Midwest Bank, Kathy has been a fixture in the operations department, working with product implementation, systems management and ensuring our clients are able to conduct business smoothly and conveniently.
Bill Brookhouser has been named Senior Vice President, Lead Credit Analyst. Primarily, Bill is responsible for monitoring the risk of the bank’s commercial and consumer loan portfolio, along with management and training of the credit analysis department. For the entirety of Bill’s 10-year career at Midwest Bank, Bill has been working with loan review and credit quality.
