Promotions Announced in Norfolk

NORFOLK, NE - Midwest Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of Ashton Spieker, Leisa Piper and Steven Petersen

Ashton Spieker has been named Assistant Vice President.  Ashton joined Midwest Bank’s Norfolk team over 2 years ago after working as a bank examiner for the FDIC.  Currently, Ashton works to build relationships with existing clients as well as focusing on business development in the Norfolk market. 

Leisa Piper has been named Assistant Vice President.  In her role, Leisa’s focus will remain on business development and treasury services.  With nearly 20 years of banking experience, Leisa is a knowledgeable resource for our clients.

Steven Petersen has been named Assistant Vice President.  Over his 3 years with Midwest Bank, Steven has worked in loan administration and most recently, mortgage lending.  Steven’s primarily focus will remain with mortgage lending, including home purchase, refinance, & construction loans.

Midwest Bank, with assets of $800 million, serves 9 communities across Eastern Nebraska:  Pierce, Pilger, Deshler, Plainview, Creighton, York, Norfolk, Lincoln, and Wisner.
