Requests for loans, new accounts, safe deposit box access or other transactions typically handled in our branches may be scheduled by appointment by contacting your nearest branch. Our mortgage application is available online for your convenience.
You always have 24/7 account access with our digital banking services — If you haven’t signed up yet, please do so today. Using these platforms you are able to view account balances and transactions, transfer funds between accounts, pay bills, and deposit checks using our app. To learn more about these services, click here.
Our Midwest Bank ATMs, located at most branches, allow you fast access to cash 24/7. We're also part of the MoneyPass® ATM Network, which allows you to access a large network of ATMs, surcharge free.
Our staff will remain available during regular hours via phone and we encourage you to contact your local branch with any questions. Our automated Telebanc service is also available to retrieve balances and other account information by calling 800.963.5463.
